Process for offering AGM Motions
1. If you wish to offer a Motion for discussion and decision at the forthcoming March 2019 AGM, please draft it in a form that is capable of being voted on in a Yes/No manner and make it clear if there is any action to be taken as a result of the Motion.
2. There is no prescribed form for Motions.
3. For a Motion to be valid and capable of being accepted by the Board for the AGM it must satisfy the following conditions:
a) The Member offering the Motion must be in good financial standing by 9 January 2019, AND
b) the Motion must be received by the Secretary by 10 January 2019.

Please mention Motion in the subject line, and give your Name, Club or other Rotary affiliation, District Number and a telephone number with country code.
